Senior Living Began

Phase 1, our pioneering project at Vadavalli, Coimbatore, was established in 2016 and became the foundation of Gujan's Paripalana's vision for dignified senior living. This thoughtfully designed community provides 91 homes across 2 blocks, offering elders a safe, vibrant, and enriching lifestyle.

Every facility here — from the gleaming dining hall to the serene meditation centre — was designed with elderly comfort in mind. Our team of experienced caregivers and wellness professionals ensure round-the-clock support for every resident.

Phase 1 is our flagship project established in 2016, serving as the foundation of our senior living vision. We offer 100% vegetarian meals, senior-friendly architecture, and a peaceful environment away from city chaos. Our community has been successfully serving residents for over 6 years with proven care and support systems.

Phase 1 consists of 91 well-ventilated flats spread across 2 thoughtfully designed blocks. Each flat is designed with senior-friendly features including wide corridors, lift access, cross-ventilation, and natural lighting. The flats are available in different sizes to suit various needs and preferences.

We provide three nutritious vegetarian meals daily - breakfast (7:00-9:00 AM), lunch (12:30-2:00 PM), and dinner (7:30-9:00 PM). We also serve evening tea with protein-rich snacks (4:00-5:30 PM). Special dietary options are available for diabetic or health-sensitive residents.

We offer 24/7 security with CCTV surveillance, first-aid facilities, emergency response systems, and health monitoring. Our staff is trained in senior care and we have tie-ups with nearby hospitals for quick medical assistance when needed.

Phase 1 offers a community hall for social gatherings, a prayer room for spiritual activities, walking paths, garden areas, and regular cultural programs. We organize birthday celebrations, festival events, and community meetings to keep residents engaged and connected.

We provide regular updates to families, support video calls, and welcome family visits. Our staff helps maintain communication between residents and their families, ensuring everyone stays connected and informed about their loved one's well-being.
